Try to download the new version 0.72 and run it in windowed mode if you haven't already tried that.
The new version will also allow you to add resolutions in the resolutions.txt file (which might fix the widescreen problems). |

That is really strange, do you have a widescreen monitor cause that can cause some errors...
Hard to know what is wrong without any error messages.
Will upload a new version with a few fixes, look at the "debug.txt" file and see if any errors can be noted there. |

I tried everything (also deleting the ini file in C:\Windows) but no joy. I still cannot start the game. By starting it change the screen resolution (black screen) and then it closes without showing any error :(
I really have no clue what is wrong :(
I uninstalled version 0.6, disabled fog, shadows etc.. but still no joy :( |

The new 0.7 version is released but there are of course bugs, some have already been or will shortly be fixed other are under investigation.
When this version is stable enough (most bugs are fixed) I will try to make some optimization on the code to increase the frame rate.
